Vaklush Tolev
Vaklush Tolev was born in Bulgaria on 7 January 1923, on the day of Christ’s birth, in the village of Popovitsa, Plovdiv. His earthly path ended on 27 November 2013 in Sofia.
He studied at the Law School of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” from whence he was expelled in 1946 for political reasons. During his long prison internment he writes poesy, drama, philosophical essays and studies German, French and English. After being released, he graduates from the Ecclesiastical Academy in Sofia.
In 1991 Vaklush Tolev begins lecturing on History of religions in the universities of Plovdiv, Sofia and other cities. Ever since 1993 his spoken words have been published in the “Nur” Magazine (“nur” – never-fading, imperishable light), wherein he shapes the entire image of a new Teaching, Way of Wisdom.
For the first time in the world Vaklush Tolev gives a Doctrine of the hierarchy of Spiritual waves and proclaims the next one – the Wave of Wisdom. Following the Teachings of Righteousness and of Love, the Teaching of Wisdom is the next logical step in the hierarchy of the Seven Spiritual Waves.
Vaklush Tolev has spoken on a lot of subjects from the perspective of the Way of Wisdom Teaching, related to the spiritual, cultural and historical life in man's individual and social being. These articles can be found in a series of his publications: the “History and Theory of the Universal Religious Teachings” trilogy; “The Seven Rays of Evolution” book; the almanach “Legacy of the Planetary Logos"; the album “Day and a Home-Sanctuary of 13 Named Immortal Bulgarians"; the collection of poems “Spilled Pearls"; the two volume-edition “The Spiritual Gifts of Bulgaria”.
The ideas of Vaklush Tolev are not only astute interpretations in the fields of religious study, philosophy, history, sociology, etc. They are a contribution to the future as a vision of humanity’s presence in the Third Millennium with the Culture of Wisdom.
